Q: Is the Miracle Team a program that every church can start up, or is their only one Miracle Team?
A: While it is beneficial to churches to encourage its membership to fast both individually and on a corporate level, the Miracle Team is a ministry that many different churches can be involved in at the same time. It is not the purpose of the Revelation Center to discourage prayer and fasting teams on a local church scale; however, the Miracle Team is a large-scale ministry that is organized through the Revelation Center.

Q: What do members pray about?
A: The main prayer focus of the Miracle Team is the release of God's power so that souls may be saved. This is also a good time for individual needs to be lifted up.

Q: I've never fasted much before. A whole day might be too much to start off with. What should I do?
A: The Miracle Team is great for people in this senario because it encourages those who have never fasted to exercise their faith in a new way. For those who have difficulty determining when and how long to fast can also benefit from the organization of the Miracle Team. Through the mutual encouragement of the members and their testimonies both beginners and well-seasoned prayer warriors can be inspired to seek God with more radical faith than ever before. If you have never fasted before, let me advise you to start off with a one meal fast. When you become accustommed to fasting one meal move on to two meals and so forth until you can fast an entire day without putting too much stress on your body. Wisdom must never be neglected simply because one is trying to be spiritual. Spirituality and wisdom go hand in hand. Foolish fasting pleases God no more than prideful prayers.

Q: What are some safety precautions I can take before, during, and after I fast?
A: You may want to see a certified physician before attempting an extended fast to make sure no complications could arise. While fasting drink plenty of water and/or juice. When breaking a fast, do not eat too much at one time. Ease back into your regular routine of eating slowly so as to not shock your body. Do not attempt any overly stimulating events while fasting- exhaustion and tiredness that results from fasting may require more rest than normal. Most importantly, the times you would normally spend eating you should spend in prayer and in the word of God. This will give you the strength you need to get through the day. Neglecting this causes your fasting to be done in vain. While fasting, rather than focusing on the weakness of your flesh, focus on the strength of the Spirit.

Q: Can I become a member of the website without becoming a member of the Miracle Team?
A: If you would like access to the many features of the Revelation Center website but do not feel called to be on the Miracle Team, you can simply check none in the drop box entitled day of month. This will give you access to all the features on the site without volunteering to engage in prayer and fasting. This is highly encouraged for those who are unable to fast entire days or are unable to make extended commitments to prayer and fasting.

Q: Do I have to fast the entire day?
A: The Miracle Team is designed to be an encouragement not a bondage. If situations come up when you need to eat, do not feel guilty. You may need to eat for health reasons. Perhaps you feel ill and need the strength. Maybe you are traveling. Maybe a holiday or birthday falls on your day, or maybe family and friends surprise you with food. Do not let the Miracle Team be a stumbling stone. The idea is to fast the entire day, but that is not a rule. You may fast only one or two meals on your day depending on the situation or circumstances.
